Our expectations:

The primary function of the Coordinator, Credit SOS is to support RONA credit and warranty program activities. This includes managing business and corporate credit services, processing customer credit applications and transactions, training associates on credit policies and procedures, maintaining adequate supplies of credit card materials and signage, organizing promotions to meet budgeted goals, and reviewing and completing all RONA system tasks.

Your role:

Store completed applications according to credit policies and ensure new credit applications are adequately completed

  • Greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service
  • Monitor stores for potential security risks and adhere to loss prevention safety requirements
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

The qualifications we are looking for:

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction)
  • At least 6 months of experience promoting, administering, and training employees on credit and Special Order Sales programs, including maintaining current credit / Special Order Sales signage
  • At least 6 months of experience reviewing and/or reconciling in store reports, completing audits in the store, and sharing pertinent information with the management team or other store employees
  • At least 6 months of experience communicating with vendors OR customers regarding returns, payments, or contract fulfillment
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance

Wage: $16.95 - $18.40. Pay can vary based on experience. Pay is for the location advertised.
