At COBS Bread, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality artisan bread and treats. We are currently looking for a dedicated Baker to join our team in North Oshawa. If you have a passion for early mornings, baking and delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and baked goods following our carefully crafted recipes
• Ensure the bakery is clean and organized
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory management
• Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve daily production targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 25 kg
• Available to work early morning shifts starting at 4am
