Baker/Cashier

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including cakes, pastries, and breads
- Decorate cakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Follow recipes and ensure accurate measurements and ingredient proportions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of baked goods

Skills:
- Experience in cake decorating is essential
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Attention to detail and creativity in cake decoration
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
