Responsibilities: - Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies - Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests - Ensure all baked goods are prepared and presented in a visually appealing manner - Follow recipes and adhere to food safety guidelines to maintain high-quality standards - Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations - Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a bakery or food industry is preferred - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards - Strong communication and customer service skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
