Snapshot of the Position

At Colemans, we delight in providing our guests with the highest quality product. We are seeking a skilled individual with a passion for baking, managing and leading people. The responsibilities of this position would involve the daily management duties performed in the bakery department. If you are interested in being part of the management team at our Mount Pearl location, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and supervise all bakery department functions.
• Maintain merchandising and operational standards.
• Follow and enforce strict food safety standards.
• Maximize sales and gross profits, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
• Coach and train staff.
• Create schedules for department.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for working with people
• Strong customer service and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of basic equipment including, but not limited to, mixers, blenders, food processors.
