Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods for banquet and catering events, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning and development for banquet and catering functions.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the Banquet/Catering Manager to ensure seamless execution of all events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a banquet or catering setting.
• Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid food safety certification is an asset.
