Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Barn Staff. As a Barn Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our farm. This is a physically demanding position that requires heavy lifting and familiarity with farm machinery. If you have mechanical knowledge and a passion for working with animals, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Feed and water animals according to their specific needs
- Clean stalls, barns, and other animal living areas
- Assist with grooming and bathing animals
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the barn and surrounding areas
- Operate farm machinery such as tractors and side by sides
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to the supervisor
Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for basic maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Passion for working with animals and providing them with proper care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
