SalaryWe are looking for front of house Assistant Manager to help lead our team. Doc's is a well established and profitable establishment. We are located on an island 20 minutes from West Vancouver. Possible housing. We are looking for an individual with the following experience:
- Restaurant management 3 years minimum and that have managed high volumes of sales
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a very busy restaurant and pub
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Recruit, train and manage employees
- Marketing and promoting business.
- A creative mind, a great work ethic and the ability to support and direct both FOH & BOH staff
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- MUST have current permission to work in Canada for immediate start and speak English fluently.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Potential $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
