Job Summary: As the Base Manager at our Yellowknife Base, you will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our ground operations. This pivotal role involves not only overseeing daily activities but also instilling a culture of exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be vital in aligning our operations with the company's core values and adhering to the regulatory requirements.

Location: Yellowknife, NT

Qualifications:

• Post secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Superior leadership qualities are essential.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
