The Bell Person will contribute to the overall success of the hotel by anticipating guest needs and providing friendly, efficient, and superior customer service with every guest interaction. The position is responsible for maintaining a positive front-of-the-house environment while maintaining high internal & external guest service standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Provides luggage service upon guest’s arrival and departure and rooms the guest in a professional manner Stores luggage for guests accurately and efficiently
• Works closely with all members of the Front Desk Team, including the night auditors. Deliver items to guests upon request.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the Front Desk, lobby, driveway area and assist with some housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Contributes to a positive guest experience
• Security task of the parameters of the property and report suspicious guests/people
• Reads logbook to be informed of day's events
• provides recommendations to guests on local sights and attraction
• Other duties as assigned by the management

Skills/Knowledge/Experience: * Outgoing, warm and friendly personality

• Familiar with local area
• Demonstrates a superior customer service philosophy
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which includes overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
