Giant Kanata is hiring! This is an opportunity to work in a growing and exciting industry that continues to see steady growth.
We are hiring for a sales/customer service position. This position provides a competitive wage, as well as several perks.
A typical day will involve interacting with clients in person, on the phone, and via e-mail. We do our best to answer all questions and help people choose the right bicycle and accessories to help them enjoy their cycling experience. We all love riding. We ride because it is fun and we feel that purchasing a bike should also be a fun experience.
We provide training but the ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience working bike Bicycle retail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demeanor.
Ability to learn and retain technical information. Models, features, benefits, etc.
Passion and interest in bikes and cycling.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work on their feet for up to 8 hours.
English language skills required and French is an asset.
Hours are flexible, and will vary due to the seasonality of the business.
