Bilingual Business Analyst
Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Business Analyst. This is a 28-months Remote contract opportunity with a possibility of extension. This role is with one of our government client based in Ottawa. The successful candidate must be eligible for a Secret Security Clearance.
The Bilingual Business Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing problem recognition, isolation, research, resolution, and follow-up;
• Providing 1st or 2nd level technical support;
• Providing systems administration duties such as creating and maintaining network accounts, performing basic security back-ups;
• Escalating more complex problems to senior support personnel to expedite resolution;
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printer hardware and software;
• Troubleshooting and resolving network problems;
• Creating problem and resolution logs for help desk activities; and
• Training and mentoring staff.;

• Candidate must have a certificate, diploma or degree  from a recognized* Canadian post-secondary institution in Business Administration or Computer Science;

• Must have a University degree or must have (12) months of experience in the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months performing planning during various use cases, initiatives, or projects;
• Must have a minimum of twelve (12) months experience in the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months in monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators;
• Must have a minimum of twelve (12) months experience in the last one-hundred and twenty (120) months in transforming record repository into SharePoint environment;
• Microsoft 365 Certification or Sharepoint certification would also be considered;
