Job description

Adecco is currently seeking a meticulous Bilingual Complaint Specialist to join our clients team in Burlington, ON. The ideal candidate will have experience in complaint handling, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a regulated industry environment.

  • Pay rate: $30/hour.

  • Location: Burlington, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Document complaints in the complaint management system.

  • Communicate with clinicians, office staff, and device manufacturers to obtain additional information for complaint processing.

  • Process incoming complaint product shipments with possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

  • Review complaints for regulatory reporting and escalate to Product Safety Officer as necessary.

  • Assist with complaint shipment to the Designated Complaint Handling Unit.

  • Review complaint analysis reports and close out customer complaints according to regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Maintain excellent knowledge of company products.

  • Write letters to clinicians and regulatory authorities regarding complaints.

  • Communicate with external and internal customers via telephone queue and email inbox.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Must be fully bilingual in both French and English

  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of SAP preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated reliability and follow-through.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Leadership aptitude and potential.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year prior dental and/or complaint handling experience.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
