Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Adecco is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join their team in Fredericton, NB. This is a 6-month Contract role with a competitive salary of $22.22 per hour. As a key member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient incident resolution and providing exceptional support.

• Pay rate: $22.22/hour.

• Location: Fredericton, NB

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm AST

• Job type: Temporary 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and track incidents, ensuring resolution within Service Level Agreements.

• Act as a primary knowledge resource for products/services.

• Identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions.

• Handle senior-level escalations and customer complaints.

• Receive and document customer problems/requests/issues.

• Resolve customer issues following defined procedures.

• Notify and escalate incidents for proper management attention.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of customer business environment.

• Understand and adhere to Service Level Agreements and key performance requirements.

• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

• Participate in training to enhance professional skills.

Requirements:

• College graduate or undergrad with equivalent experience.

• Advanced communication skills (Berlitz B1T/SVAR Cat C).

• Advanced Customer Service, Computer skills, and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus.

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
