Adecco is currently hiring a skilled and experienced Bilingual (German/English) Resolution Specialist to work for our client in this remote opportunity! Our client is a world leading class action administration firm that has an experienced team of case managers, information technology experts, and notice administrators in Canada.

In this role you play a vital role in facilitating communication, managing claims, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for affected individuals. This role requires a combination of customer service skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of legal procedures. If you're fluent in both German and English, adept at problem-solving, and thrive on building positive customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you!

  • Bilingualism in German and English is mandatory

  • Pay rate: $30.00/hour

  • Location: Remote- anywhere in Canada

  • Availability Required: 3:00am – 11:00am EST

  • Job type: Temporary | full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns, as well as written customer inquiries.

  • Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.

  • Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers’ requests.

  • Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience

  • Work closely with Project Support Team

  • Overtime may be required during peak time.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

  • Must be Bilingual – German/English in both verbal and written communication

  • Applicants must be available to work an overnight/early morning shift, starting at 3 AM and concluding at 11 AM

  • High School Diploma / GED required Associate Degree / College Degree preferred

  • Previous experience providing resolution options to customers

  • 1 year of customer service experience required

  • Exceptional written communication skills

  • Demonstrate strong conversational skills

  • Ability to work independently yet is a team player

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift

  • Knowledge of class action litigation procedures, legal terminology, and settlement administration processes
