GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Provide consulting, analysis, design, and/or implementation support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other cloud collaboration solutions. These activities include project delivery, solution proposal creation and delivery, customization, and integration with the intent of optimizing the customer’s operational benefit and delivering business outcomes.
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Deliver end to end project success in the Microsoft M365 space, leading complex and varied projects as required
-Provide technical leadership and support for customers in highly complex cloud and on-premises environments.
-Provide pre-sales analysis, design, and recommendations and support for cloud solutions focused around, but not limited to, M365 migrations, Copilot, compliance, security, road mapping, strategy, and advanced solution design as required.
-Collaborate with the sales and services support groups, external vendor partners, and the customers to ensure a smooth project experience, from presales conversations, through to design, implementation, and support.
-Work closely with the rest of the professional services team and its partners and sub-contractors.
-Deliver assessments, roadmaps, and health checks, whiteboarding sessions and workshops for customers.
-Mentor other subject matter experts covering M365 and other related technology.
-Participate in advance staging and complex configuration and installations.
-Ensure vendor compliancy strategies are met, including but not limited to certifications.
-Limited travel when needed to attend events, and help customers with their projects and business challenges, while promoting Insight values.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Fluently bilingual in French and English
•5+ years of M365 Delivery and Design Architecture experience.
•3+ years technical consulting experience in a customer facing role.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience proving subject matter expertise.
• Expert level knowledge of best practises around Microsoft 365 solutions, including cloud migrations, security, compliance, SharePoint, Copilot, and emerging solutions and technologies within the stack.
• Replication based knowledge for major vendors (NetApp, EMC, HDS, etc).
• Demonstrated knowledge or understanding of Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google, etc).
