We currently have a full time opening for a highly skilled receptionist /administration assistant & SALES SUPPORT person in a fast paced busy sales office.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, team member who has a positive and a professional attitude. This Enthusiastic, self driven individual who has an excellent phone manner, personality and be proficient in both official languages written and spoken.
Credentials / Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;
- 2-3 years’ experience in administrative/receptionist role (or similar experience).
- Computer proficiency and fast learning abilities
- Knowledge in common software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) etc.
- Openness and willingness to learn specific functions within our software systems(SM3).
Requirements/Asset:
*Bilingualism (English/French)
*Computer Skills.
