The Opportunity
The Medavie Talent Acquisition Team is growing, and we are looking for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This role is a 12-month Term position. In this role you will work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Leaders to support the recruitment cycle, find top talent, and provide a world-class candidate experience!
Responsibilities:
-Support the full cycle recruiting process: Posting positions, screening resumes, short-listing candidates, scheduling /conducting pre-screen, and full virtual interviews, coordinating assessments/testing, creating offer letters and processing required documents from candidates to assess eligibility.
-Support the international hiring processes with respect to immigration requirement.
-Provide support for the professional licensure, immigration, settlement, and integration processes when needed.  
-Offer settlement support to international applicants, aiding in their transition to the new environment. This includes assistance with hotel accommodations and other necessary logistical arrangements.
-Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for domestic travel and international recruitment missions, ensuring smooth logistical operations throughout the process.
-Administer, sort, track, file and acknowledge all on-line resumes and maintain the flow of candidates via the applicant tracking system. 
-Manage and organise all related recruitment folders.
-Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment related events both onsite and virtually. 
-Assist with new hire onboarding process and deliver welcome presentations to new employees.
-Collaborate with other team members and client groups to improve and streamline processes.
-Assist team with expenses and budget tracking.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-1-2+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition support function with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment process 
-Experience conducting telephone, in person and/or virtual interviews with candidates
-College diploma in a business-related field and/or HR discipline
-Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory (written and spoken)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Focus on accuracy and high-quality work with a sense of urgency
-Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
-Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused
-Proven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers
-Professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills
-Problem-solving and analytical skills
-Results-driven
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite    
-Experience working with an ATS - Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools and technology
