Job description

The Regional Sales Manager, Eastern Canada, is responsible for organizational growth through aggressive and effective sponsoring, training and mentoring activities in the Eastern region of Canada (Eastern Ontario to Newfoundland and all areas in between). Candidate must have experience in recruiting techniques with party planning/direct sales companies with proven success in organization building strategies. High energy, self-directed, ability to travel up to 50% of the time. This remote position will be part of the Canadian Corporate Team for Plexus Worldwide. This candidate must be bilingual, French and English.

The following are essential accountabilities:

Facilitate and attend opportunity event, training events, virtual training and opportunity presentation, group and one to one coaching.

Must have an understanding of following key priorities with the ability to lead and create the way:

  • Sponsor: Grassroots recruiting including contacting and converting leads generated by the company, personal networking, identifying and managing events.
  • New Brand Ambassador Productivity: Developing new Brand Ambassadors to sponsor and sell product using the company tools and systems.
  • Leader Development: Identify, develop and mentor Leaders; support the growth of their lineage.

Work with new Brand Ambassadors in key markets to fast-track recruiting efforts and growth.

Development of quarterly training plan that increases Brand Ambassadors base and sales in specified markets.

Understanding and utilization of Plexus’s career plan and product line.

Specific Measures of Job Performance:

  • Sponsoring - Meet predetermined sponsoring goals in region.
  • Sales - Meet targeted revenue goals in region.
  • Rank Advancement - Promotion of Brand Ambassadors to Gold Ambassadors.
  • Retention - Maintain Gold Ambassadors and above in assigned region.
  • Activation - Ensure activity of new Brand Ambassadors in the first 90 days.
