Our Membership Service Agents are total champs. They play a key role supporting members and sports professionals belonging to the world’s foremost tennis organization.
To excel in this role, you need to be a pro at navigating multiple digital systems and platforms concurrently and you need to bring empathy and a sense of urgency to your job every day. You’ll be talking a lot about tennis, so a passion for racket sports is a definite “advantage.” (See what we did there?)
