The Opportunity!
If you like travel, (and love to travel!), we’re looking for EPIC Bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Centre Agents to join our Team. If you are eager to grow your career, this position builds the foundation for a variety of opportunities within Sunwing Vacations Group! This is a full-time position that helps guide our customers to book the vacation of their dreams and assists them with their travel plans.

• Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours a week/ possibility of overtime when needed. Rotational schedule, with 2 days off together.
• Shift: Variable and dependent on business needs. Mornings/ Evenings & Weekends
• Business Hours: Monday to Sunday, from 5 am to 12 am
• Work Location: Remote Work. You may need to go to the office location periodically.
• Start Date: January 22, 2024
• Equipment: Computer equipment will be provided.

• You love providing the best customer service experience!
• You are exceptional with customer service and sales.
• You are friendly, approachable, and reliable.

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting our Vacation Express customers, you will answer inbound phone calls from business partners and direct consumers efficiently and accurately.
• Match customer needs with the products we have to offer and secure the booking for them.
• Share feedback, trends, and suggestions from customers to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Taking calls from our partner; Vacation Express.

What You’ll Need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Flexible work schedule to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to work in a remote environment.
