Job description
We are looking for a charismatic person to join our continuously growing, vibrant and hardworking administration team as a Billing Clerk. The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment in order to support our companies goals of providing exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auditing services for accurate pricing and tax to ensure every invoice sent out is accurate.
- Prepare account statements for customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Provide technician and/or client support processing payment.
- Learn the in house software system used for invoicing and accounts receivables.
- Handle customer inquiries by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
- Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records, data entry and reporting as required.
- Work with other members of the administration team.
Relevant experience is not required but an asset!
All new hires receive hands-on learning through our in house training program.
This position involves being able to multitask, organizational skills and most importantly customer service abilities and to be quick on your feet.
What do you need to get started?:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
- Cheerful, positive and respectful attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident communicating on the telephone and emails
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail to provide written and verbal communication to customers
- Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer and technician needs in a timely manner
- Abilities to use basic Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills
- Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
- Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different situations
