Duties:
- Perform billing and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently
- Review and analyze customer accounts to ensure accuracy of charges and payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all payments are properly accounted for
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and customer interactions
- Utilize data entry skills to input billing information into the system
- Utilize math skills to calculate charges, discounts, and taxes accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a billing or financial services role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately
- Proficiency in using billing software or systems, such as PeopleSoft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
- Ability to negotiate payment terms with customers when necessary
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Salary: $32,240.00-$37,440.00 per year
