Bloom Consultant

Duties:
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills in are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, technology sales, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using POS systems and other technology tools

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.55 per hour
