Job Description:
- Under the supervision of the Coop General Manager, the Book Manager will be in charge of ordering books and course-packs for faculty (contacting publishers, obtaining copyright permissions, follow-up on the status of the printing of course-packs).
- Working in closely with the Director General to provide complete, on-time and accurate orders for students.
- Requires the ability to work in a team environment and under-pressure, to make sure orders are on-time as well as to keep track of the inventory of stock and re-order as needed.
- Good communication skills to assure a timely communication with faculty on the status of their order and any required updates.
- Will also require training on Bookware software package to perform the duties as required to complete their tasks and satisfy our customer needs.
