Description:

McDonald's Lethbridge is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Bookkeeper. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable and reconciling bank statements. We are looking for a qualified person who lives in the Lethbridge area and is legally eligible to work in Canada. This position will have potential for other administration duties. Remuneration is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

· Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.

· Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

· Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a bookkeeper (min. 2 years)

· Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office suite.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

· Experience in the food service industry is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively.
