Currently we are looking for a PermanentPart-time Bookkeeper to add to our dynamic team. A successful candidate will be flexible and available up to 20-24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

· Enter payables including job costing, process payments that include credit card tracking

· Receivables -work with project managers for billing submission

· Payroll entry to payroll service

· Completion of GST including reconciliation, submission and payment

· Complete bank reconciliation and maintain cash flow

Requirements:

· Valid drivers license

· Experience as bookkeeper

· Strong organizational and record keeping skills

· Intermediate knowledge of Sage 50, excel and word

· Enjoys being part of a team

· Salary commensurate with experience

· Preference given to Stony Plain candidates
