Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis tasks
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis under the guidance of our CPA
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or similar programs
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- We have a four-day workweek with Fridays off.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial analysis techniques
