Bookkeeper

We are looking for an internal bookkeeper for a group of companies, including 2 dental offices.

What we are looking for:

• Bookkeeping diploma or certificate required
• Proficiency with Quickbooks, Xero, or Sage
• Experienced and knowledgeable in Excel
• Must be available to meet onsite in Rimbey, AB occasionally

Duties:

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Asset management
• Dental supply tracking and ordering (ensuring budgetary targets are met)
• EBITDA tracking
• Payroll processing
• Accounts payable
• Work the the employers accountant for year end submissions, reconciliations and adjustments
• Handle confidential financial information with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Bookkeeping diploma or certificate
