Bottling in Production Technician

Job Title: Production Bottling Technician

Department: Inorganic Chemistry Production
Work Schedule: 3h00pm - 11h00pm

Reports to: Production Supervisor

• Plan accordingly the needs in bottling based on the order entry and inventory stock level of finished goods;
• Prepare packaging materials and package/ bottle by weight (finished products) following the Job paperwork documents
• Participate or act as a replacement resource for printing of the labels for the bottling jobs;
• Monitor stock levels of bulks material and dates of expiration and report to supervisor any anomalies.
• Record and sign any document to assure the traceability of work via ISO documentation of the products;
• Assure to clean any necessary container as per requirements;
• Monitor stock inventory in containers for packaging and finished goods;
• Participate and play a leader role for maintaining and storing of materials in the warehouse/storage facility;
• Be a leader for inventory cycle physical counts and verification
• Good housekeeping and other tasks, as required.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• College level education in a relevant field of industrial manufacturing environment, with minimum 1 years of working experience
• Being skilled to use transpallets and warehouse equipments like forklift would be asset
• Strong work ethic and ability to interact, work & communicate with others in both French and English
• Problem solving, organized, enthusiastic, able to prioritize and deliver results
• Very good knowledge of WHMIS and site safety rules and responsibilities
• Be able to learn to drive or use a forklift in a warehouse.
