As a Brand Partnership Specialist at Paramount, your primary focus will be on sales and business development in the Influencer Marketing industry. You will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint in this exciting community. We are seeking a talented and motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, partnership management, and Influencer Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and target potential business partners, influencers, and clients within the Influencer Marketing industry
- Identify new sales opportunities, including brands looking to leverage Influencer Marketing for their products and services
- Develop new and nurture existing relationships with key stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create brand pitches
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
- Expand Paramount’s partnership portfolio across various industries
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Build and develop new relationships with key stakeholders/brand prospects
- Manage the sales pipeline and focusing on closing new business via strategic partnerships and venue sales targets
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, influencers, and clients
- Act as a liaison between our company and our partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
- Continuously assess and improve partner satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales and business development, preferably in the Influencer Marketing industry (Required)
- Strong network and connections within the Influencer Marketing ecosystem
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Positive and professional demeanor
