As a Brand Partnership Specialist at Paramount, your primary focus will be on sales and business development in the Influencer Marketing industry. You will play a key role in identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our footprint in this exciting community. We are seeking a talented and motivated professional with a proven track record in sales, partnership management, and Influencer Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Scout and target potential business partners, influencers, and clients within the Influencer Marketing industry
  • Identify new sales opportunities, including brands looking to leverage Influencer Marketing for their products and services
  • Develop new and nurture existing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create brand pitches
  • Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
  • Expand Paramount’s partnership portfolio across various industries
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Build and develop new relationships with key stakeholders/brand prospects
  • Manage the sales pipeline and focusing on closing new business via strategic partnerships and venue sales targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing partners, influencers, and clients
  • Act as a liaison between our company and our partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Continuously assess and improve partner satisfaction and engagement

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in direct sales and business development, preferably in the Influencer Marketing industry (Required)
  • Strong network and connections within the Influencer Marketing ecosystem
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Schedule: Monday to Friday, Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
