Breakfast Bar Attendant

Our Hyatt Place in Downtown Moncton is looking for a mature, professional, customer service oriented individual to fill the position of a full-time Breakfast Bar Attendant.

Responsibilities:

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs.
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple breakfast food items.
• Serve customers at counter or buffet tables.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Set-up and dismantle equipment.
• Food preparation.
• Provide customer service.
