Brewer/Cellar hand

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Brewer/Cellar person to join our team at Prince Eddy’s! Our ideal candidate is passionate about beer and wants to learn more; they also have attention to detail and care for the process.

The Brewer/Cellarman will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily operation in our production department. These tasks will include regular production tasks such as but not limited to brewing, cellaring, cleaning, packaging and other. They will have the opportunity to perfect their craft and have a broad view of the beer production process. If you're ready to join the squad here at Eddy's, this is your moment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all stages of brewing process
• Monitor fermentation and cellar operations
• Conduct quality control checks
• Clean and sanitize equipment
• Maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with brewery team

Qualifications:

• Brewing or cellar experience preferred
• Knowledge of brewing processes and equipment
• Attention to detail and quality
• Physical stamina and lift 50+ pounds
• Teamwork skills
• Flexibility for variable schedule

This role reports directly to the Head Brewer.
