Brewmaster

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire brewing process, from ingredient selection to fermentation and packaging.
• Develop and implement brewing recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in all beer products.
• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, brewing equipment, and finished products to maintain high standards.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to ensure the consistency of beer flavors and characteristics.
• Supervise the maintenance and operation of brewing equipment, including kettles, fermenters, and filtration systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality brewing ingredients, such as malts, hops, and yeast.
• Stay informed about industry trends and consumer preferences to drive continuous product innovation.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations governing brewing operations and alcohol production.
• Participate in brewery events and promotions to engage with customers and build brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Brewmaster or Head Brewer in a commercial brewery, with a track record of producing high-quality beers.
• Knowledge of different brewing styles, techniques, and industry trends.
• Expertise in brewing processes, recipe development, and quality control.
• Familiarity with brewing equipment and maintenance procedures.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to create and experiment with new beer recipes.
• Strong sensory analysis skills to evaluate and refine beer flavors.
