Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their families throughout their bridal shopping experience
- Assist brides in finding the perfect wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories
- Conduct bridal consultations and fittings, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and schedule appointments
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
- Demonstrate basic math skills to calculate discounts, taxes, and change
- Utilize technical sales skills to showcase the features and benefits of different wedding gown styles and accessories
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment
- Stay up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and product knowledge
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or bridal setting
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in technology sales, including the use of POS systems and other retail software applications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience
