Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourage
- Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to brides-to-be in selecting their wedding attire
- Assist with trying on dresses and provide feedback on fit, style, and alterations
- Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping experience
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance the bridal experience such as veils and jewelry
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Stay Up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and product knowledge

- English language skills required. Additional language skills an asset
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of upselling is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of bridal attire and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience for brides-to-be
- Cashiering experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and potentially evenings as required
