Bridal Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourage
• Provide personalized guidance and recommendations to brides-to-be in selecting their wedding attire
• Assist with trying on dresses and provide feedback on fit, style, and alterations
• Guide brides through the entire bridal shopping experience
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance the bridal experience such as veils and jewelry
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Stay Up-to-date with current bridal fashion trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• English language skills required. Additional language skills an asset
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of upselling is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate the features and benefits of bridal attire and accessories
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience for brides-to-be
• Cashiering experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and potentially evenings as required

Salary: $15.00-$27.95 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 30 per week
