The Body Shop Administratoris responsible for answering the telephone, responding to emails, collecting payments, and accurately claiming and processing estimates to various insurance companies
Job Duties:
- Work directly with the Body shop manager to meet expectations.
- Confirm payment from insurance companies.
- Close, create, and amend work orders when needed.
- Follow up and make adjustments, send in supporting docs when needed.
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
- Computer skills and understanding of technology.
- Experience with PBS, Mitchell and Audtex software is considered an asset.
