BUILDING CUSTODIAN
Are you a handy type of person who would like to adopt a heritage building as your pet project? We seek a responsible and reliable person for grounds keeping, general maintenance and cleaning duties. This is an ideal job for someone who has flexible availability. Some tasks can be done at your convenience and others will be dictated by the weather and venue occupation during the day, evenings and potentially weekends. It involves seasonal outdoor maintenance such as shoveling snow from walkways and mowing the lawn, as well as keeping the building's interior clean and sanitary. All tools and products are supplied and materials needed for repairs are promptly reimbursed.

Salary: From $22.50 per hour
