Building Systems Operator

Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is seeking a Building Systems Operator to join our team in Moncton! This is a FULL TIME PERMANENT position.

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is actively recruiting a Building Systems Operatorto join our team at The Moncton Hospital.

As a Building Systems Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling Building Systems.

Specific duties include:

• Observing and adjusting computerized Building Systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning)
• Inspecting physical Building Systems
• Assessing and responding to automated alarms
• Adjusting equipment settings to maximize performance
• Performing minor plumbing, electrical and equipment repairs
• Responding to emergency codes and calls
• Assisting other trades with routine maintenance
• Generating work orders
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Who you are

You are a graduate of a Process Control Technician program or a mechanical trades program. You posses a valid 4th class Power Engineer license. You have written and spoken competence in English.
