The Driver is responsible for transporting and chaperoning (as required), residents, staff and volunteers on outings including: errands, recreational programs and special events.

What you bring:
- A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience

- Class F License (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous related driving experience
- Secondary school education or equivalent
- First Aid Certificate (training will be provided)

What you will get to do:

- Assist passengers on and off the bus and ensure that they are seated in a safe and proper manner including residents in wheelchairs
- Assist staff and/or volunteers with outings as required
- Act as a chaperone to residents on outings when required
- Monitor bus for routine and unscheduled maintenance and safety checks
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the interior and exterior of the bus
- Load and unload equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Communicate and interacts effectively with internal and external customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Be prepared to respond to emergency situations
