Business Coordinator, St. John's


Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with ClearRisk in search of a full-time permanent Business Coordinator for their St. John's location.
The Business Coordinator anticipates the needs of the CEO and senior leadership team to help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before and as they arise. The position organizes the office and other company administration including some HR. In addition to being highly organized, your day-to-day interactions across the various functions of the organization will require you to possess strong critical thinking, good judgment, and exceptional communication skills to assist with optimizing the performance of the leadership team.

The Job

  • Your main role is to help make the Leadership Team more productive;
  • Support all aspects of office administration;
  • Provide some HR administration using an HRIS;
  • Work with accounting to support activities such as funding programs, employee expenses, etc.
  • Manage and book company activities and calendar events;
  • Prepare presentations, communications and documents as required; and
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications
  • Business administration degree/diploma or equivalent;
  • A natural relationship builder, with the ability to build rapport with team members at various levels within the organization;
  • Well honed communication skills, effectively able to write and present to a variety of audiences through various mediums;
  • Excellent organization skills and an exceptional attention to detail;
  • Proven experience as a natural multi-tasker; and
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, while also striving for success in a team environment.
