We are a Mid-size, National, and Innovative Law Firm seeking aBusiness Development Administrator!
In this role, you will provide support to the Business Development Team as well as Client Service.
What will YOU be doing?
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Act as a key resource for the team, i.e., independently seek out answers to questions, take initiative, leverage network of resources to solve problems and proactively cascade knowledge to peer network.
  • Prepare and produce high quality client presentations and correspondence, graphic presentations and other documents, including editing for grammar, punctuation and phrasing.
  • Maintain files, databases or SharePoint sites as appropriate.
  • Ensure marketing materials are up to date.
  • Draft and prepare bios and marketing blurbs.
  • Assist with preparing and submitting RFPs.
  • Provide support to Business Development Team with various tasks, including assisting with scheduling, calling lawyers to discuss opportunities, sending weekly reports and acting as out of office contact for BD Team members.
  • Support with Client Relations Initiatives.
What You will bring to the role?
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience or applicable experience for supporting sales/marketing teams.
  • College level diploma or University Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent customer service skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently with a variety of individuals and teams.
  • Demonstrates strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrates discretion on highly confidential matters
