The Office of the City Clerk Department is seeking a Business Performance Consultant to join the team for a 1-year term. This position supports various corporate and department initiatives including business process improvement, performance measurement, project management and training plan development. This position assists and supports a variety of projects and initiatives such as internal reviews and studies, undertakes relevant research and analysis, reports on these items and monitors outcomes. The variables considered are specific to the project, stakeholders, and issues at hand.
