PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
In this position, you will drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions and mapping Business Processes to solution requirements. Additionally, you will:
- Supports the transformation towards the intelligent enterprise.
- Show comprehensive design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise cloud and hybrid), applying start-of-the-art methodologies and standards.
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes.
- Drives deployment of best practice business for specific LoBs or industries.
- Deliver solution training to customer project members, and create project documentation of delivered services.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Evaluation of innovative industry- and technology trends and development of corresponding industry process-and-solutions-maps
- Enforcement of industry-specific service offerings. Detailed design of industry-specific/ corporate customer processes.
- Identification of enterprise services. Proposal of software-decision (SAP-NonSAP-products) within the customer process, application and IT landscape based on BPP.
- Mapping of Business Processes to enterprise IT architecture.
- Define requirements for individual development or integration needs.
- Performance of reviews (process-oriented and related to IT mapping)
- Map and validate performance indicators.
- Implementation of designed processes.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University Degree or related experience Business, Finance or consulting
- 2+ years of experience in Business Processes consulting and service delivery.
- Good understanding of the industry and LoB-specific Business Processes.
- Experience with relevant end-to-end processes of SAP's Intelligent Enterprise Suite.
- Knowledge of feasibility studies/PoCs, etc, and public cloud software
