We are currently seeking a Business Transformation Architect, Level 3 to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
Must perform the following:

-Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors" for transformation to cloud services;
-Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training for complex ITSM processes;
-Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and ITSM processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
-Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities for National Software Licensing (NSL), ITSM and cloud capabilities;
-Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring) as NSL transitions from on-premises product-based delivery model to a cloud vendor-based delivery model;
-Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions; and
-Perform any other Work related to this category.
Mandatory Requirements
-Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in the role of Business Transformation Architect.
OR
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the role of Business Transformation Architect plus a university undergraduate degree OR a college diploma/*certificate from a recognized post- secondary institution in any field.
*Certificate program must be the completion of two (2) years of post-secondary studies at a recognized college.
A copy of the degree or diploma/certificate must be provided with the resume.
-Must have experience delivering at least three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years where they analyzed existing architectures and developing plans to transform them to meet new business needs.
-Must have experience delivering at least three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years which included gathering and analyzing business requirements as a Business Analyst in which ALL the following tasks were performed:

-requirements design;
-process development;
-process mapping; and training.
-Must have experience delivering at least three (3) projects within the last ten (10) years where they developed changes to policies and rules that allow an organization to carry out its mandate and functional responsibilities.
-Must have experience delivering at least two (2) projects within the last ten (10) years where they lead Business Transformation activities within a *large organization.
*large organization is defined as an organization in excess of 10,000+ employees.
 
Other Requirements
-Candidates located in the Ottawa region are preferred; remote work locations may also be considered.
-Must have a valid Canadian Federal Government – Secret Clearance.
