Butchers Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head butcher in daily operations of the butchery department
- Prepare and package meat products according to customer orders
- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and quality
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and maintain inventory levels

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food handling role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic butchery techniques and meat cutting is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation and safety practices in the food industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
