Cabinet Assembler

we are a small family own kitchen cabinet manufacturer, servicing all of north america, and are looking to expand the team. pay is $20/hr to start, $1 raise after 1 month, $1 raise at 3months. lunch is supplied once a week, hours are 7-4 M-F with two 15m breaks and 30m lunch, optional overtime

duties:

Glue and assemble cabinets that auto load into a clamp that runs at a 3-5min cycle time

processes after clamp include cleaning, shelf install

need to be able to lift 80lbs repeatedly

need to build 40 cabinets per shift

pay scaled with effort and additional responibilities

no experience required. we are looking for someone long term
