Here at Wellington Millwork, we are looking for a Cabinet Installer / Cabinet Maker to join our team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for someone with experience accustomed to working with precision and care. Cabinet installers will travel to job sites with teams to install custom millwork. We need someone who pays attention to details, can problem solve and learn quickly. Additionally, we need someone with experience in assembling cabinet boxes and working as a team player in the shop with other.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Crafting quality products with an eye for details
• Installing millwork with care and accuracy
• Reading blueprints
• Assembling cabinet boxes
• Loading/unloading and installing cabinets and hardware
• Cutting and installing trim
• Ability to work out quantities and measurements
• Initiative to work independently in a workplace free of micromanaging
• Ensuring you work in such a way that promotes the values of the company

CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Team Player Attitude
• 2-3 years of experience as a Cabinet installer/ cabinet building is preferred
• Values safety first
• Remuneration: $26 - $32/hr depending on experience, attitude - with training & bonuses available

Having a college education in the woodworking program would be extremely helpful for your application, but is not necessary for applying.

Salary: $26.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44 per week
