Responsibilities:
- Work alongside skilled Cabinet Makers to construct and assemble custom cabinets from raw materials
-Learn and apply various closet and cabinets techniques to ensure high-quality and precise craftsmanship
-Assist in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and design plans for cabinet projects
-Gain proficiency in the safe and effective use of woodworking tools and machinery
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and client expectations
-Participate in on-site cabinet installations, ensuring accurate fit and proper functionality
-Develop an understanding of different wood types, finishes, and hardware used in cabinet making
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Passion for woodworking and a strong desire to pursue a career in cabinet making
-Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment is a plus
-Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
-Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Work Hour: Hours 35 hours per week, welling to work more than that.
