Cafe Attendant/Cook/Bakers Assistant

Our company is looking for passionate, creative individuals to join our team of Bakers. The ideal candidate is creative and organized and will work closely with other members of our team to bake high-quality products and make sure that the kitchen runs smoothly. The ideal Baker will be committed to consistently producing quality baked goods and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand different measurements and conversions.
• Read recipes and work with mixing, mixing, and baking ingredients.
• Stay up-to-date on current baking techniques and trends.
• Conform to standard kitchen safety protocols.
• Read charts, graphs, and pie charts.
• Use math to operate equipment safely.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay
• Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fort St John, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Baking: 1 year (preferred)
